Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Masks and Similar Items: Due to health and safety reasons, masks and similar items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before making a purchase.
  2. Wrong Size: If you receive an item and find that it is the wrong size, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
  3. Print/Product Design Errors: In the rare event that there is a mistake with the print or product design, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the error, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  4. Discretionary Cases: Any return or refund requests not explicitly covered by this policy will be handled at the discretion of The Kevlar Deer. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
